    203mph run + video

    203mph run + video
Had a little fun last week in Mexico and I'm now a proud member of the 200mph club. Not to my surprise the car handles like a charm at extremely high speeds. Completely stable, total control, and minimal wind noise. I drove for 6 hours at 100mph+ speeds and never had any issues whatsoever with overheating. Absolutely amazing. In my opinion there's no point in owning a Lamborghini if you're not gonna push it and stretch the legs a little bit. Thats what these cars were designed for.

Have a great day my friends!

Sorry to burst your bubble. The speedometer on our cars is VASTLY optimistic.

To actually hit 200mph, you will have to likely hit an indicated 215 to 218 mph.

I checked my speedo against my VBox - at an indicated 341 kph (213 mph), I was only actually going 196 mph

The Huracan can't even get anywhere NEAR 341 kph, lol.

I does not affect me in the least, haha - the question is, is it close enough for you, knowing that you weren't actually going 200mph?

It is irrelevant to me - I was just pointing out that all may not be as it seems, when one is relying on the accuracy of the Huracán's speedo!

    Great video!

TT is correct and it's been discussed in these forums before as well. Even my Cayenne Turbo S is off. The faster I go, the more it's off.

Did a fun run at TI (Texas Invitational), 1500'. Speedo shows 147, radar clocked me at 137.2

Actually, my secret source in Italy is telling me that this is an extra feature (Speedo) that Lamborghini is adding for free.
    You hear folks, for free!
