Manual transmission mode vs automatic, at start up
Thanks, all. It has been a remarkably mild winter this year, and as such, I have FINALLY been able to bring the car out this afternoon for a short drive! It was delivered on New Year's day, and has sat in the garage ever since, with a measly 78 km on it.
Today, after doing a ton of other stuff, I was able to get out for a short blast - maybe 15 minutes or so.
So far, LOVE the car. I will put up a post when I have had a chance to properly drive it, but for now, suffice it to say, my previous concerns about it being too tame, are VERY unfounded. I am limiting the engine to 6000 rpm for a while, but already, the car is noticeably more responsive to throttle inputs than my previous LP560, and gear shifts are astoundingly smooth especially the initial clutch take-up, on first starting off from a stop.
Sorry, I digress. My question is - is there a way to set the transmission to default to "manual" mode instead of "automatic"? I can't see myself using automatic, ever, really.
I tried searching, but couldn't find anything - thanks, all!__________________________________________________

Two options. In any anima setting (drive setting) if you push & hold the M button near park it forces into manual or auto depending what your already in. Also in corsa its manual always.

no way to make it default to manual on startup no I'm afraid. my routine, get in, start the car, switch to sport, hit the M button. well that was my routine, that got tedious. I know just switch to corsa, this is always manual

Thanks, guys. I was afraid of that. Not a huge deal, but in a car like this, why would Lamborghini choose to have it default to automatic? AUTOMATIC!!
Does anyone ever actually use automatic? I would think not - maybe, if you were letting someone else drive the car, initially?
Ah well. The smile on my face driving in manual, will far outweigh any inconvenience, hahaha.
Thanks!!!__________________________________________________

Just put 500 miles on my H over the weekend, this car is meant to be driven in Manual, especially in Sport mode. In my Turbo S, in either sport/sport+ leave it in auto the pdk will make you feel lazy. Not the H, I never had so much using paddles.
